The Metabolic Treatment of Fibromyalgia

Hi,

Has anyone been treated by Dr John C. Lowe, author of the book "The Metabolic Treatment of Fibromyaligia". He says that the majority of fibro patients have hypothyroid problems. This is new to me and I am thinking of having the tests and am curious if anyone has already gone through this process. His website is www.drlowe.com

    A lot of ppl. with FM have hypothyroid it is true.  I have never tested postive, though so it's not everyone.  Any of your docs should be able to run the full gamut of thyroid tests and let you know if you have a thyroid problem.  Go from there.  If they refuse, see an endocrinologist.
