Let's post what we are doing again

Let's post what exercise we are doing again and cheer each other on.  Just the fact that we did some exercise every day is worth a woo hoo.   I'll go first.  I just got back from walking my dog Sabrina down to the end of the street and back!  She's happy, I have a little more energy.

    I am doing facial muscle exercises and gentle stretching.  The facial muscle ones really work.   It kept me from getting a double chin when I gained weight.

    Its raining so I haven't walked too far but have had to take the dogs out anyway so I still got exercise.  The dogs are my angels!

    I have actually been having some Pain free hours the last few days!  I'm looking for a tai chi tape or cd to step up my exercise.  Does anyone know of a good one for beginners?

    I am doing stretching, isometric exercises, and walking (when I am up to it).
