Hi Team,

I'm posting some of the stretching exercises they are having me do it PT.  It started to be only my neck, but you know good ol' fibro, now they are working ALL my muscles.

In the beginning, they are having me do stretching/range of motion exercises:

Neck:                                                                                                                                        Look left, center, right - 3 sets of 5                                                                                     look up, cente,r down - 3 sets of 5                                                                                             Move your head only, ear in the direction of your shoulder, Left then right. - 3 sets of 5

Arms:                                                                                                                                                 You can do these with a wand/stick.                                                                                   Hold wand with palms down.  Raise over head with elbows straight.  Lower.              Hold wand behind buttocks.  Raise wand up, bending elbows.  lower.                    Arms at side.  Raise toward ears - till over head.  Lower.                                           These should not be don to the point of pain.  Stop if it hurts.  I do 2 sets of 10.

I've got to work on the wording of the legs so I'll post more later.  I hope these make sense.  I think I'll look online and see if I can get a link to pictures of them in case they are not clear.  I also have a cool one for the exercise ball.
