"True religion is real living; living with all one's soul, and with all one's goodness and righteousness"--Albert Einstein

'We may or may not belong to an organized religion. We may not frequent a place of worship. But if we live our life as fully as we can in accordance with our deepest and most passionate beliefs, then we are truly religious.'

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has it's own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery everyday. Never lose a holy curiosity."---Albert Einstein

'No matter what our religious beliefs, testing them against our experience only makes them deeper and more meaningful.  Our lives, the earth we live on, the vast universe---all amaze us. We are fortunate to be here in this time and place. Let us never lose our curiousity about why we are here and what being here means.'

I never knew Albert Einstein was such a spiritual person. I don't know his religious affiliation, and don't think it matters. These thoughts are so true in my humble opinion. However you worship you should do it with awe and wonder about what we have, the beauty in our world, and the amazing abilities we are granted to enjoy them. Sight, sound, taste, touch, cognitive abilities. We are so truly blessed to be able to experience this and so many people forget this. They hurry from place to place, curse their bad luck, and forget to enjoy the ride.

I think the positive mental attitude is so very important if we want to achieve wellness. Because we may never be pain free, and we may never have that old energy back. But we really have to make peace with our pain and illness  or our life will be a constant battle. I refuse to live out my life that way. I may be in pain, but I can stand and stare at a beautiful sunset in awe. I may not be riding the jet ski, but I can enjoy the wonderful soothing feeling of floating, and see the beautiful waves lapping against the shore. My grandsons smile takes me away from the pain as I cherish each moment of our time together. I call it the Adventures of Corbin and Grammy. I will not let pain steal that away from me.
