At home remedy that works for me

  I got the info from someone on my facebook page and it really helps relax the muscles. So, I thought I would pass it along!

1/2 cup of Epsom Salt
5 drops Eucalyptus Oil
5 drops Peppermint Oil

Put into hot bath and soak for 15-20 mins.
