One of the biggest problems creating
long term injury is NOT moving around every 20 - 30 minutes or so. The human
body needs movement to keep blood circulation at it's optimal rate - the oxygen
in the blood relaxes tired muscles and tissues,etc. So actually it's good to
move around frequently. Some people change from sitting to standing while they
work so that their movements can be more whole body. They do this for about
five minutes every half hour or so - that way they don't have to stop working.
