Serrapeptase

Has anyone tried the enzyme Serrapeptase?

I am going to give it a try. I am however, very sensitive to things and I am a bit nervous about trying this. I had a horrible reaction to lactase (just wanted to eat a piece of cheese! Lol). I had bad nausea and severe headache.

    Is the serrapeptase a medical or otc enzyme and what is it supposed to do?  Has it helped you thus far?
