SA-Free sunscreens & SPF moisturizers

All of these links below go to certain forums at www.fibromyalgiatreatment.com, Dr. St. Amand's official guai website. The reason I am only listing the direct link instead of copy/pasting the actual list is... it changes.. and the lists are HUGE! There are patients/chemists who write in all the time with word that a certain product has changed it's ingredient list.

The rule of thumb is to ALWAYS check! Even if it was safe before you still need to read the ingredients.

90% of these products can be found in any store so you shouldn't have a problem tracking them down. If you're really stuck then do a browser search for them.

    My favorite sal-free moisturizer w/Spf 15 is Cetaphil and my fav of all time is Cerave Spf 30!
    Cerave products have ceramides and are dermatologist recommended they are great.
    I have to slather on a lot on my face to feel moisturized but, it lasts all day and I have no pimples or irritation from it.
    It is relatively cheap too.
