Guaifenesin and Acne

Since I started taking Guai I have noticed a lot more acne or rather little bumps kinda like the Keratosis Pilaris I have on the backs of my arms.
Does anyone else get this ?
I was wondering if it was from the Guai or the effects of the Guai.
I just started using Roc Retinol and that is helping slowly but surely to get rid of some of the bumps.
But, they are alas, still appearing.

    I just happened to check my old email address and saw your friend request :)
    I've been on guaifenesin for 4 months now, still in the "you get worse before you get better" phase. I've never really had a problem with acne but when i first started guai i had blemishes pop up on my chin constantly. It's gone now but your post about your arms reminded me of that. Skin eruptions are what dr. st. amand calls them. Just part of the flushing out of the phosphates, and one of many weird symptoms. I need to figure out how to get this site connected to my new email address.
