    Which website is that?
    Is it this one: http://www.psha-inc.com/guai-support/sf/Sal-Free/About_Salicylates.htm

I for the life of me, cannot find the actual forum on that site.
It is very poorly designed and not user friendly( in my opinion).
If you know how to find the "group" on that page please let me know.
    Thanks.
If that is not the group could you please give the addy?
    Thanks.

No, Juanita, that is not possible. You can cook with tumeric and ginger. Just not take them in supplements. The reason is that supplements are super concentrated in their form, thus they contain salicylates. I know. It sucks. I used to take an eyebright herbal complex before I got sick with FMS. Loved it. It really helped to control my hay fever symptoms. But I can't take it any longer because of the protocol. On the upside, though, is that since I have been on the protocol for a year I have seen a drastic drop in my immune system upsets. No headcolds, flus or fevers. And my hay fever has disappeared! HAH! No need to take the eyebright supplement after all. These are "side effects" from guaifenesin that I never thought I'd be experiencing.

Check out my blog: www.fibromyalgia-journal.blogspot.com for more good reading.

I knows it, I knows it. Sad.

But you can only lead a horse to drink. Ya can't stick a funnel down their throat.

I've been sending links to folks on fibro-blogs about this place, giving them links to the doc's site and talking about the research.
