I suffer from all of these! It's so frustrating sometimes, but it is an unfortunate part of fibro.

I need to use a walker due to the balance and discoordination issues. The memory issues are worse than any thing. They affect my life on a daily basis and have created severe problems for me! It also has opened the door for certain people to take advantage of me.

I keep a note book with me at all times because the memory loss upset me so much. Over the last 2 months I have changed all my meds, started relaxation and yoga and slowly increased my activity each day and now I've managed to go back to work after 9 months off sick. I know everybody is different but sometimes we get stuck in a rut of pain and tiredness everyday and don't have the energy to change things that may help. Just the positive attitude I've gained from getting out of the house more has made me feel better. I still take pain killers a couple of times a day and can only work part time but it's a start.

Keep your chins up miracles can happen I'm living proof.

I wanted a PET scan but wasnt allowed due to cost...
Im affected by all those symptoms...
I am lucky to have a self employed Sole Provider for my care now and she is great but when I used agencies they often used my memory impairment to excuse themselves for getting things wrong...

I use my mental tv type screen in my head to recall things as I find its easier to remember visual things so I ask people to wait while I call up the mental screen then either ff or rew to the bit I need...
May sound crazy but it works for me...

They haven't mentioned a PET scan but I am going to, you  have to keep on the different things to do and inform your doctors of what they are, they don't even know half the time.

I had an MRI scan last year and my neurologist said it showed white spots on  my brain and called it small vessel disease of the brain. When I asked him what it meant he said it usually shows up on people with migraines or high blood pressure. Well I don't have high blood pressure, I have migraines but I still wonder what it really is.

All of the above. I guess when you get 100% it doesn't mean excellent all of the time.

I wrote a lengthy dialogue on this very issue.

It's frustrating that your brain/body filter is broken and some days it feels like your body is taking over. Your brain kinda... gets lost?
