Currently, Lyrica and Cymbalta are the only FDA-approved drugs for the
treatment of fibromyalgia, but this is just the beginning. Several
medications are being developed specifically for this condition.
Indeed, the outlook for people with fibromyalgia is definitely
improving, with many more effective treatment approaches on the
horizon. This group is designed to bring together the community so that we can all engage in meaningful discussion about the various treatments, be it a drug, relaxation, cognitive theraphy or general wellness programs. Feel free to submit your ideas and opinions!

This is community for all of us who are out in the workforce struggling to maintain a career while having a chronic illness. It doesn't matter if you work part-time, full time, at a desk, teaching, business owner, or you have a more physical job. How do you make it through your day? What adjustments have you had to make, obstacles you have had to overcome, and looking past employers who don't understand. I hope this community will offer encouragement for all of us working with a chronic illnesses.

So as you may or may not have noticed, the new version (1.99) has just
gone live!! We hope you enjoy the new style and structure of the site!
This will be a period of transition where some of the updates will take
time to switch over, so in advance I apologize for the inconvenience!
However, I do ask a favour of you guys, whenever you find a problem,
error or bug when you're on the site, could you please report it here?
It would help us out a great deal and would ensure that we deal with
your feedback in the most efficient way. If you have any questions
about the new build, again, please ask here - we will be checking this
community hourly. So I hope you enjoy the new build and that it makes
your WeAreFibro experience that much more enjoyable!! See you around and
thanks for your understanding!!
