Sorry the last time I was on was last year. A little update...Seeing someone new check out my Hottie of a man! ~and~ They took me off of Lyrica. I have lost ten pounds in the last few months too from being off of it.

I'm hurting today, but that's Indiana weather for ya! Come on Spring!!

Tomorrow (Thursday) I get my staples out. There are 10 in my butt and 15 in my upper back (thoracic) area. I think it will feel better after that. I am still having pain in my elbows and neck since this only works for the lower back and extremities. Dang it! I will have the stimulator adjusted tomorrow as well. The Medtronics tech will be there. I think it is going to help with about 60% of my pain considering Fibro is all over my body and tennis elbow isn't helped by it so far. It is a step in the right direction so far.

I'm sorry to all! I need to come here more often! Thank you so much for the Birthday wishes!! I'm having a good day today! But I can feel tomorrow won't be so good. Can't you just feel it in your bones when you know the next day isn't going to be so hot for ya? I can. I try to change my mind and make myself believe I'll have a good day.. it's all in the head!
