I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

It was bad enough with the arthritis for over twenty years,
but you get to know what works, what's not going to work.
How to deal with your bad days, what to do, how to cope.
Then three years ago all these new things were going on .
I wasn't able to take the light, even on a cloudy day I had
put down the visor in the car.
When my family was cooking, the smells coming into my
room made me sick....oh sooo sick.
Then I noticed I couldn't stand any loud noises.
The hardest thing though is the pains I get all the time in
my stomach and feeling sick to my stomach, all the time.
My daughter works for an attorney on Disability cases and
told me one day that she thought I had Fibromyalgia.
I did lots of reading, and learned it often fallows Arthritis.
But it was a commercial on the TV that convinced me of tge
fact that I now have Fibromyalgia.
So which one is giving me the most pain on my bad days ?
Which one should I medicate on those days and how ?

One other thing....I cough sometimes in the morning, never during the day.
But, I cough often at night. It starts at about 7:00 or 8:00 pm.
Its not a dry cough, seems like its in my chest.
I will be turning down my bed, have my electric blanket on to warm up my bed, and I cough, sometimes till it actually hurts my rib cage the whole time I'm doing this.
After I've gotten in bed and lye still for a few minuets, will I finally stop coughing.
Its very strange I think, when I move to Texas I'll go to a docter and find out about it.
The docter here didn't have any answers. hummmm

By the way, I didn't do this coughing thing till I got fibromyalgia.

You know, I'm glad I didn't get Fibro when I was young, it really stops you in your tracts more than arthritis.
I was close to being in a wheelchair when I got it so it couldn't change much in my life anyway.
